SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders as fast as possible, mostly in 1-3 business days but during the holidays it could take longer. Please inquire at the time of purchase for current processing times if you require delivery within one week or less. Orders for single items will be on the shorter end of this estimate and orders containing multiple items will be on the longer end. Please note delivery estimates are from time of shipping not time of order.

If you receive the wrong item/s, an imperfect item, or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number, a picture of the item you would like to submit a claim for, and your full name. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive. If the order arrived with an imperfect or damaged item, please include images of the imperfection or damage, as well as pictures of the packing materials and box in which the order was shipped. We will then issue a replacement order.

If an order tracks as delivered but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Kyler Candle Co is not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered. If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.


USPS International First Class Mail is the least expensive and SLOWEST shipping option for international orders. Orders shipped USPS International First Class can take over a month to arrive and are not able to be tracked once they leave the US. We highly recommend an upgraded shipping option for international orders. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance. Each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the US.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them. Once it leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
